In addition to his passion for food, Executive Chef Byron J. White also has a passion for sharing his love of food with the public. Beyond his work in the community through various fund raising efforts for a variety of local charities, Chef Byron has sought to "demystify" the culinary process and teach his guests the techniques used in preparing his menu items at home. Through his partnership with the Western Massachusetts Food Bank, he has been teaching local families how to eat better through simple meal preparations in a class held weekly at the restaurant.
Taking this one step further, Chef Byron hosts a weekly talk show on WARE 1250 AM which airs every Friday and Saturday from 10-11 AM. Topics range from restaurant news to current events in the world of food to healthy eating, sensible purchasing and more. Adding to the spice of the show weekly is the addition of a sponsor co-host.
