To do this, they spread their culinary magic into the community through a variety of off-site events, like fundraisers and cooking shows. Last year, Pazzo Ristorante volunteered countless hours of staff time and thousands of dollars of food at several charity events for organizations like the March of Dimes, the Jimmy Fund, the American Heart Association, the Children's Miracle Network, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Shriners Hospitals for Children in Springfield. In addition, Chef Byron is working on ways to share his knowledge with the public.
